Cult Copy Agency offers services in digital marketing and copywriting. Our refund and cancellation policies vary by service type.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase if work has not commenced.

• No cancellations are permitted once the service has been initiated or delivered.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Digital Products & Courses: Non-refundable once access is granted.

• Consultation & Services: Refunds applicable only if no work has been completed.

• Custom Work (Copywriting/Design): Partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
